4-6 cans of Coke is 4-6 too much. Drink coffee, BLACK, instead. You think you are wanting the flavor but your body is fucking you by wanting/needing the caffeine and tricking your mind with the sugar. You also need a panel of bloodwork- at least cholesterol and some of the other cheaper test, and you need to monitor your blood pressure. Because these are measurable numbers that do not cost a whole lot to get, and they will reflect continued progress after that first 30-40 fall off. You can't afford to have your cholesterol checked monthly but checking your blood pressure is free and the cholesterol can be a 6 month thing which, coincidentally, will coincide perfectly with the end of the plateau.
And, I was wrong with my coaching suggestions. Padover would make a great one because she has empathy and is less judgemental.
