Yes. Very much so. He's super playful and extremely loving. Purrs constantly. He has no mean bone in him. His brother has mild CH, he can walk but wobbles and they play all the time. They roll around on the floor tackling each other. My two other cats are very playful and caring as well. I put a lot of time in raising them all to be super loving and well trained.
