Brony bashing is a subject that's been near and dear to my heart for quite some time now. I have a lot of bottled up rage concerning this fandom and it's time I let it all out. Now, anyone who's been around the internet probably knows what I'm talking about, but to those who don't, let me just enlighten you a bit.

October of 2010 was a dreadful month. Controversy erupted as Linda Norgrove, a British aid working in Afghanistan was captured by the Taliban, and died as the result of what may or may not have been friendly fire by US forces. France was thrown into turmoil and protest when the suggested retirement age was raised from 60 to 62. Explosive materials were found on a plane bound for the US from Yemen resulting in a terrorist scare. Yeah, shit was bad, but nothing, and I stress NOTHING could compare to the sheer horror and lunacy that followed when the UPN decided to launch a new show. A cute, innocent, little show that was designed to teach little girls about the power of friendship and tolerance.



Evil itself, my friends. Adolf Hitler himself would shy away at the atrocities that would follow.


The show was a hit. The network and creators were proud that they created something bright and colorful and just so full of positive values that nothing bad could possibly come out of it? Right?

Not so fast, faggot. The demographic........changed. While the little girls were too busy chatting up pedo's on Facebook and cutting their wrists for Justin Bieber, a new swarm of human filth swooped in to embrace this show and call it their own. Dear God, what have they wrought?
