The entire city Gov't of Detroit oughta be fired. Hell, Detroit itself oughta be fired out of the Union. Problem is: What are you going to do with it? Canada won't take it. Can't even give it back to the Indians, 'cause the town's more toxic than any blanket.

Might be a good place to experiment with "privatizing" the Fire Dep't.
