Law school for me was about $100k at what was then considered a top tier school. I don't know the difference between where I went and Stanford, but it can't be 3x as much.

But the thing is that going to a top ten law school gets you placement with a good firm. I know people from my graduating class that failed the bar exam twice within a year of graduation, so the actual education isn't a whole lot better. If this whore had no career track, why the fuck didn't she just go to a public school?

As far as pimps, in the old days word would get around that you're making that much and some nice men with vowels at the end of their last names would ask for some of it. Street tax, they called it. Anyone who committed a high-stakes crime had to fork over street tax if they wanted to enjoy it. The good old days, dammit.
