I went out and bought all sort of shit you can put in a bread machine. bread Flour, whole wheat flour, rye flour, active yeast, vanilla/almond extract, vital wheat gluten, Molasses, etc. Made a mean pumpernickel loaf a few nights ago. Busted out some Honey wheat yesterday. This thing is fucking awesome.


Best machine ever. There is nothing like a hot fresh loaf of bread and a stick o' butter. Maybe a project for tomorrow.
