I love how the Maoist Rebel News guy focuses on the juridical aspect. What he is saying is probably factually accurate, but he misses the forest for his obsession with his statistical trees. The millions of Ukrainian and Russian peasants who perished during the Holomodor were never sentenced to death. They just died from starvation, being shot by the Red Army or OGPU secret police, or were worked to death in Siberia without ANY legal process. This Maoist Rebel News guy is a cretin, pure and simple.
