@EY Are you as hard on the people who find out about a room full of murdered children and the first thing they think about is how to use it to further their beloved anti- gun agenda? Speaking just for me, my guns were far from the first thing I thought of. As I said earlier, the first thing was the hope that I'd stumbled on a show recalling Virginia Tech or Columbine. I didn't start thinking of gun control until some pol started talking about it. It's still pretty far from the top of my thinking.

I started this thread because on Friday I was home by myself. I was honestly feeling very...alone, I guess. I was posting what I was seeing. I mentioned Obama because his initial statement was the most emotionally honest thing I'd seen from a politician in a long time, if ever. I called it as I'd seen it in the moment. I made a legitimate reaction. If you need that to be emasculated racism, that's on you, friend.
