You've got the cart before the horse there, Barry: The only reason the embargo still exists is Florida's near stranglehold on the electoral college. And, Marco Rubio notwithstanding, the younger generation of Miami Cubans is increasingly in favor of scrapping it. It's about time we did: It's bad for business and bad for democracy.
