I got 'em all back through Customs. At the shop owners suggestion I took them out of the tubes and took the bands off of them but honestly, I just think they were tired at the airport tonight. Because I put the empty tubes and bands in the chicks suitcase and the cigars in mine it wouldn't have taken a rocket scientist to figure that one out.
