"A few weeks ago I was walking my dog a block away and this elderly asian lady was pushing a mountain full of recyclables up Grand Ave in the middle of the street,this was on a slight incline,she was struggling but eventually made it. At one time she asked me to help her but I politely said sorry,can't help you. I had my dog with me and I didn't want to risk getting hit by a car."
