I need help. Perhaps Gia would have good suggestions on this.
I've never been the type to wear sunglasses but the Opthamologist is saying it's imperative that I wear them with polarized lenses.
SO, suggestions on brands/designers to look into for this? I'm not too worried about price but want quality and something that will likely not make me look like a retard. :-/
Thanks guys. Anything that's polarized but doesnt have that polarized look on the outside. You know, that rainbow-ish colored look. Not sure what brands to suggest, but many designer brands are polarized lately, and not just sports brands. Just shop around at nice sunglass boutiques in the mall and even higher-end hipster (noooo, don't buy Ray Bans!) skate/surf shops. Also, I found a pair of Michael Kors polarized sunglasses at both Nordstrom Rack and Loehmans for pretty cheap and without that MK logo crap on the sides.

I can't stand logos on anything. I'll start with Nordstrom tomorrow and go from there. Thanks.

I'm telling you guys, I know it's expensive but the Wellness Core grain-free dried food has kept my cat healthy and thin. I also occasionally give her a half of one of their smaller canned food products. She particularly likes the sardine, shrimp & crab flavor. But I never give it to her when she begs for it.
Btw, she's an indoor-only cat. I had to sign a fucking agreement when I bought her that she would never go outdoors without a leash. Which is superfluous since she hates going outside and digs her claws into my shoulder and starts crying loudly whenever I try to carry her into the back yard.

Bobo Galaxy s3 case finally arrived. Both the plastic and the rubber seem pretty low quality, but the fit is fine and the peace of mind that the phone will be harder to destroy is great.

i purchased some chuckles out last night at the mall.saw twinks in couples at forever 21 in what appears to be a "male" section.as for why i was there i went to lunch with my mom and lil cousin, then picked up my magazines at mitsuwa and had to tag along at the mall.

current read/fitness thread overlap: the new NROL book. Fat fuckers, please take my advice and read at least one of these goddamn books. Cosgrove and Shuler are the real deal. http://www.thenewrulesoflifting.com/

Last friday I was 241. Today I was 252. I fluctuate like crazy. I think I may start doing some cardio come the New Year. It is just another lousy routine to fall into, so once I start I should be able to maintain. Plus if I ever find a broad dumb/crazy enough to fuck me, I'm going to need better lungs than the 1.5-2pk a day ones I got.
I have a nice rowing machine I purchased a while ago through Craigslist. Not the shock absorber kind, the big fan/air resistance kind. I like them for the stretching and strengthening of the back. I just wish I had somewhere better to use it than in the basement. I should put a TV in my garage and do it out there.

watching tv or playing games makes the time fly by quicker.although rowing might be hard while playing games.

I would say for ease of use, get the original New Rules of lifting. Follow it, though; don't just wing it. There is a part where it breaks down what you are (overweight? skinny? newbie? short on time?)/goals then tells you what parts of the book to do and when. There are gonna be times where you're doing straight muscle building (hypertrophy) and other times when you'll be working on strength or leaning out. All are important and I would advise anyone using the book to follow it as closely as you can. I've turned a few peeps onto it . They get great results at first, then they start to slide and go to the gym to 'do whatever'. Nuh-uh. Give up the scant few hours a week you need and be goddamn patient.
