If you go around killing fags, but don't yell out "Fags" while killing them, or cut "Fag" into their foreheads when you are done, is it a hate crime? I mean, you can beat a niggur while calling him an asshole and not get the hate crime charge. Is there a fake lawyer around that could tell us if "I didn't beat him cause he's a niggur, I beat him cause he's an asshole" defense is viable?
