From my quick read, the bad management decisions were spread over decades, not a recent occurrence. And if the union folk can walk in somewhere else and get the same pay they had, more power to them. If it was me, I'd eat the pay cut, then start sending out resumes.

I'm sure the union will find them jobs elsewhere.
