Pizza Hut is a "eat in" place. The others (Domino's, PJ, etc) are strictly late night delivery joints. All of them need plenty of toppings and gimmicks to hide the highly mediocre they have going for them.

There was one in Kmart that used to be on the Cropsey plaza around the same time that Roy Rogers was in the place that is now occupied by Wendys. I ate there once and I remember their crust with baked-on cheese bits.
