Hugo wiped a lot of things off the face of the earth, including the original Windjammer. The rebuilt Windjammer is in the same spot but is only a shell of its former self.

It was definitely on the IoP. Their radio jingle started with, "I'm going to the Windjammer on the Isle of Palms ... ".
