Who is that actress in the stars & stripes bikini?
This "video" appears to be made of footage lifted from a teen sex comedy from about '84. This woman has a harsh 'Knotts Landing' look to her and bitch is way too old to be stripping. And she probably doesn't do anal. So in answer to your question she is just some 36 year old whore. And the song is anemic poppunk rubbish.

I saw that video on another source and it had a WB watermark on it. Looks more early to mid 90's to me. I thought it was from Smallville at first but not convinced.

Yep. Smallville. And the actress is Erica Durance.

Windy Sot's shoutbox posts brought back memories of what I've heard. My Dad was born and raised just south of Amarillo in a little town called Quitaque, just a couple miles from Turkey, home of the great Bob Wills. Bob Wills was the originator of "Western Swing" and toured with his large band, Bob Wills and his Texas Playboys, for decades. So I give to you:

Speaking of Zappa, the great Col. Bruce Hampton (ret) of Hampton Grease Band died last week live on stage in front of 5000 concert goers at Atlanta's Fox Theater. It was a celebration of the Colonel's 70th birthday and poor Bruce just fell over and died at the end of the show. The band thought he was joking around and continued to play. The ultimate showman, may he rest in discordant peace. news story link

I believe that was taken from a long video where Henry Kaiser talks about his effects processors, guitars and Dumble amplifies plus his musical influences. He must be independently wealthy because those are the most expensive guitar amps in the world (can go for over $100,000) and the builder is a weird eccentric who only builds a few amps a year for certain people. He even has Alexander Dumble in the video talking some mystical pseudo scientific Bullshit about tube amps. It's pretty funny because most people on YouTube hate this auto biographical documentary/instructional video/ what ever because of the really harsh and fucked up pitch bends he creates with his mountain of harmonizers and digital effects.
Here's some more of these weirdos in a band setting
^ Drumbo (French) sings here too, great voice but audio is a bit fucked up
