I tell ya, I like Biden. I called him as Barry O's running mate as soon as Barry got the nod in 04. He was the perfect running mate for a DC noob.

You know damn well if you had a case of beer, Biden is the one of the 4 you would invite over to shoot the shit with.

That said, his only chance in 2016 is if the Repubs take have2's advice and put up a Gingrich/Bachman kook ticket. The NY money will keep him from getting the nomination anyway. Hillary or Cuomo. Cuomo's family skeletons should be enough generations back that they won't effect him running. His father never sought national office for a reason......
