Those are both beautiful places. My recollection was that Charleston had a lot of squares in it. Just mildly dorky people. Savannah seemed cooler, but it was right after the movie "Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil" had came out and the locals seemed fed up with visitors. One of the two of those places had a lot of fucking roaches on the streets, too.
