Fucking unbelievable, i got an email from lex steele's lawyer (or someone he got to pose as his lawyer). He is threatening legal action against me. This is too fucking funny, he has no grounds to sue me on, i never based anything as facts, all opinion stated, he begs to differ, more on this when i hear back from him

It is pretty much what i posted, it wasn't a whole lot different, i guess the day i respect you as a person and your opinion is the day i will feel the need to validate myself to you. Today isn't that day. My main purpose for posting this was so that either lex or the person representing him would see this thread and know im not going to be bullied into censoring my views and thoughts, and if they want to proceed with legal action then go ahead , be my guest, its freedom of speech, not freedom of speech until you say something that people don't agree with. If fact Lex claiming he is the best american performer is far worse then anything i said, at least what i said is true or has a lot of truth to it, where what he claims is just a flat out lie.

Monkey would own Lex, he shouldn't even try. Anyone who has watched 30 minutes of programing on CourtTV knows that in the United States, the petitioner needs to prove that what is said is not true, AND that it screwed them in the pocketbook. Practically no libel, slander, defamation or interference in a business relationship claim meets the second threshold, so most judgments are for $1. In this case, Senor Manhammer would probably owe him costs after it was thrown out as meritless at the first opportunity.

And i would refuse to pay that dollar on principal, if it means i have to spend 12 months in jail if i refuse then so be it.
