I'd guess there are. In Breezy Point they started to build some high rises in the 80's(?). They got the foundations in. From what I heard, when someone realized that there would be no low income, because there are like next to no busses out there and only a bridge connecting it to Brooklyn, they put the kibosh on it. I think they finally removed or filled in the foundations a few years ago.

Breezy is almost all union Irish (NYPD, FDNY, carpenters, etc.) Very nice people.

Dude that shot up Clemens w/ the juice lives in Breezy. The hate for being a guy helping bring juice to baseball is lessened by the fact that he might keep that cocksucker out of the HOF.
