You make a good point about basing it, at least in part, on the fiscal responsibility of the local Gov't.

On the other hand: I don't recall Ray Nagin being all that fiscally responsible. More to the point: If NYC shuts down, the entire country's economy shuts down.

So, I'm going to answer the question MPZ, err, McLarge, errr, umm "Meat" won't answer and say, No, it shouldn't be privatized.
