Actually, I'll be staying right here. I never bought an overpriced home. Instead, I listened to overconfident home owners talk about their overrated equities, and watched them spend, spend, spend.

I knew that one day, the market would correct itself, and there would be a giant 'Midwest Migration'.

Things that don't make sense don't last. Hysteria drove the market up, and hysteria will drive the market down. One lady I talked to yesterday said she's lost $200,000 on her Newport Beach home in only 2 months. I tried not to laugh, and asked her if she's ever used a snowblower.

I'm looking forward to the 'Midwest Migration'.

Of course, I won't be buying any property any time soon.

I'm going to wait for the sellers to come knocking at my door, BEGGING me to buy their home.

That moment is only months away. The landslide has begun.

I don't plan on buying for at least another 8 months.

I wanna see 'um sweat, as the headlines scream, "How Low Will It Go?"

I predict that this market will crash so hard...that homes will be worth LESS than what they were bought for a few years ago.

I also predict a sharp rise in the sales of snowblowers.

LOL.

...and as forclosures increase over the next year or so, that's when I hope to move in for the kill....it's very possible many of this real eastate will go for under marketvalue once people get desparate enough.
