Well, since someone wants to bring an argument to this thread, let me say right here that I've known Bo for a number of years, and, while we fight occasionally, the man knows what he's talking about when it comes to construction. In any event, take a look at that photo again, 'cause what's finally getting done down at ground zero is, unfortunately, some hurry-up stuff.

I didn't want to know it was that bad, but maybe it's a blessing in disguise.

Jerky will cry havoc over this, I'm certain, but that's what he do.
