Well, St. Louis gets off lucky. All you have to do is drive 15 minutes across the river and it's anything goes. Murder included. You want to talk about a hole that makes Camden, Gary, and Compton look like Honolulu? Check out east St. Louis sometime. It's an industrial wasteland sprinkled with strip clubs, massage palors, and lots and lots of rape and murder. One of the WORST places, period.

Don't forget what happened to poor Clark Griswald when he took a wrong turn off I-70. And this was the impression the place gave off in 19 fucking 83. Imagine it now.

I imagine that the new law devastated KC and Columbia. Strip clubs have never been legal in my city on the Missouri side, outside of the occasional pastie-bar dive. I'm sure that owners are skirting around it, but I haven't read up and whether there's been violations/busts since the law passed. Didn't really affect porn shops much. Just have to close at midnight, and arcades can't have closed-off booths, and must be monitored at all times.
