Looks like the network imported cheap goods and knock offs w/o paying import duties and taxes, ran prostitution rings and illegal casinos and spirited money overseas to tax havens. They also provided loan shark services to Chinese shop owners in Spain. Looks like they were a pretty active bunch of guys.
