Getting off the nation/ Presidential thing for a second. There's a possibility that my state may well be the first to outright legalize pot. I honestly don't know if I'm going to vote for it or not.

There's a 25+% excise tax at every level: manufacturer, wholesale and retail. There is also a thing that's confusing as fuck: apparently if you have a certain level of THC in your system, basically if you smoked a week ago, that you're considered to be impaired to drive. What the shitting fuck?

I mean, this is truly accepting the scraps from Long Shank's table. But on the other hand, it would historic...much like our sad excuse for a POTUS. And I really dump on people who voted for the POTUS for no other reason than his Colour. But it would be historic.
