LOL, we've got Robert Plant, Tom Jones, Solomon Burke, Jimmy Cliff, and Chrissie Hynde on stage so who should sing the first verse? I know, let's give it to Jeff Beck, after all singing is what he is so famous for.

It's so fucking sterile and insincere. Grindcore is supposed to be sloppy nasty music played by pissed off losers dorks weirdo's and scumbag assholes that work as wageslaves with no future at life.

I turned onto them on the Power Metal ep of Metal Evolution. They were grouping them and like Yngwie Malmsteen (jondra) into the Power Metal category. I disagree. I thought they fit into their own category of Virtuoso Metal or Classical Metal.
I get what you're saying tho. They actually talked about that. Apparently they were on Guitar Hero or one of those games. I totally agree that it sounds really sterile, but at the same time I pick up a kind of...I'm not sure. Almost like a joyfullness to it. It's fun to listen to turned up in the car. It's hook-ey as hell. At the same time, I could see getting burned out by it fairly quick, because it's almost exhausting to really listen to.

Hahahahahaah. Alot of Nu-thrash is worthless hipster bullshit, but this is totally hysterical. Completely ripped off mashed together pieces of old Anthrax songs with a guy trying to sound like Joe Belladonna singing in Engrish. I can't tell if they are totally sincere or totally self aware trying to be wacky but either way I like it.

He's gonna do real well with it. Very simple, singalongable, celeb cameos (do I even have to say I loved the guy smoking a bowl?), pretty universal subject matter. I imagine this will pay for the poolside shark tank bar.
I only recognized about half the celebs. Was the guy smoking a bowl anyone?

You're lucky I saw this you stupid piece of shit, so you can get the response you crave. You just want attention so here's some for you:
You post shit music. Why should I buy anything, much less an unreasonably expensive bandwidth package to watch your shitty music? Go back to making & sending shitty mixtapes to your whiney girlfriend and leave us rightwingers to do work, son.

I've been going through the Transatlantic Sessions from BBC4 on youtube. They mix Celtic music with American bluegrass and folk musicians. Here's Sarah Jarosz singing the song Anabel Lee (based on the Poe verse) from her latest album, accompanied by Sam Bush and Jerry Douglas of AKUS.

I've also been going through the Holy Moly sessions. A lot of artists doing live acoustic versions of their songs. Here's Sierra Hull and Highway 111 band mate Justin Moses doing "All Because Of You" from their latest album.
