It's really this simple. More white people in the USA means more computer savvy whites. So by percentage, there are more WHITE wimpy Internet racists who spend inordinate amounts of time locating and compiling any stories of black crime they can find. Then they index them on all these racist blogs or forums so all the other like-minded folks can just cut and paste them elsewhere.

All this to spread some narrative that of out-of-control black crime that is destroying the united states.
