Yes they are fake balls for the male ego's out there who have hard time walking dogs w/no balls..when I worked in the doggy daycare they'd bring their dogs in w/balls in tact (the place didnt accept those dogs) but Id try to talk to the people about all the pros of having a female or male dog speutered...the men didnt wanna hear it, and some girls said they fight constantly w/their guy about it. Even crazy Panzer has a pretty good looking pussy, I will leave it at that and hope he doesnt do anything with her/him that is ungodly.
