Obama's still going with the outright lie that all this was caused by a YouTube video. He's spending $70k to run ads in Pakistan showing him and Hillary denouncing the YouTube film. Every news article describing the protests makes sure the first paragraph or so is about the film, just to make sure Obama isn't blamed in any way.

A CBS news reporter doing a story on this said we just won't know what actually happened there until after the election in November.
