Most of the ones I ran into were running bars or peddling flesh. I'm sure they were kicking back, they just went in for the hard sell. Not as many outside Tokyo. Black men were supposedly the hook up for adventurous Japanese women while i was there. The novelty of hooking up with white guys had worn off a bit, though language skills trump skin color when hooking up in Japan.
