Relevance is a significant factor. Panzer's food pictures in the cooking thread make sense. a single post with 5 animated .gifs of unrelated content is what I am having an issue with.

It has been pointed out by others that there are threads already started dedicated to animated gifs and that way everyone knows which threads they want to see. Think of it the way youtube videos work. One must push play.

The only solution I have is to either talk to frankie or block his postings. He sometimes has some interesting stuff to say and sometimes posts a handful of huge gifs. I would rather read his posts and skip the gifs.

Remember a thread Fiend made as his own image dump... Fiend wrote posts elsewhere and just dropped images there... I am suggesting a similar approach for Frank.
