That works for me, because for some reason I buy a bacon egg and cheese biscuit when I eat breakfast and throw away the biscuit part.

I do it because I feel like the carbs in the bread fuck with my blood sugar in the morning and how I feel but I'm not sure. I do know I've lost 20 lbs. with about 5 more to go, by limiting food carbs. If I get real serious, I'll swap beer for vodka.
