Doesn't matter. It's the NEXT round of regulations that matter. This round is about setting precedent that porn performers may be treated in regulations as ordinary employees.

It doesn't even matter if these rules survive a court challenge. If the ordinary employee status stands that's all CAL/OSHA needs to shut things down over time (by gradually increasing costs and paperwork requirements).

You'll still see Bukkake but via the NAFTA effect: most porn companies will look like Sineplex, importing nearly all their footage.
