thanks but 5 lbs of either everyday would be way more expensive.

what would you recommend i do on this muscle milk diet?basically i have three shakes throughout the day.some fruits after and before lunch,maybe one before dinner(but not usually).ill have a decent but healthy dinner usually and anything else at night before bed is either tea,something tortilla or pita based,or greek yogurt with fruit.
