im 5 9.and ive been meaning to try the hoodia gummy bears for awhile steezo.gia the leg lifts are just to work on my thighs.for toning more than anything.

had a muscle milk shake with water,a banana,and just finished my green tea.thats my breakfast for today.ill have a fruit as a snack later then a shake at 12 or so.another shake at 3 or 4,then an actual meal around dinner time.
