I've slacked off a lot this year on my diet. The weather was shitty all summer so I hardly did any bike riding, and I've been on a lot of drinking binges. Strangely, I haven't really gotten that heavy.

When I was dieting last year, I drank a pot of green tea every day, sweetened with a little Stevia. As far as supplements go, I used this stuff and it totally killed my appetite for both food and liquor:
