yeah,stationary bike and lifting weights.ive gotta start doing leg lifts again.i think i was doing 300 a night for a bit.the side ones,the laying down ones,and the on the stomach ones.i bookmarked this asian guy on youtubes page.he has some kind of six minute ab stuff and healthy eating advice.
