yeah i emailed a new one.my cars at the dealership having some things done to it so i have to wait till next week.no ive been taking my meds.

and hungwell theres that black eye pic of me somewhere(from getting pistol whipped by one of my former asshole neighbors) but maybe this weekend ill scan one thats more recent.im actually in better shape since the pic ill post soon.before summer i was too much to be weighed on one of those sliding medical scales.now im 406-407(i dont know it bounces back and forth)on the digi scale at the new docs.started taking raspberry ketone(spelling) yesterday.supposedly you can lose up to a pound a day.this combined with the protein shake diet and excersize should prove fruitful.
