I think he is banging her. He's a no-name actor. What does he have to gain by having a sham marriage? He's hitting that.

I wonder how it works out if he were to take naked pictures of her before she turned 18? I just read on Reddit from a teacher that said if she saw inappropriate pictures on a student's phone and then brought the phone and showed the principal, she could be charged with distributing that kitty pron.
