Have you ever seen the scene in Some Kind of Monster where he and Lars talk for the first time in 20ish years? You take a guy who sold 15 million albums, who by anyone's standard is a success in the business, who spent the last 20 years beating himself up because he knew how badly he fucked up. And Lars just sits there. It was a pretty telling moment about both of them. Mustain was really baring his soul, trying to take that first step to make things right. And Lars was just...Lars. It's a very real, very sad scene.
