Honestly, the biz has changed so much over the last 5 years or so. I think the best bet is to get booked for a couple of scenes for the big four web companies (Brazzers, Reality Kings, Bang Bros, Naughty America) then work the different boards (here, Freeones, ADT) to get traffic. You've got the Twitter thing down so that's good.

It looks like you've been active off and on over the years so you've got to get your name fresh into peoples minds.
