Second, is there any chance you are hearing these inappropriate statements from the female therapist in your head only and she isn't saying them at all? All the comments you quote seem to be only one-way statements by her. I'll just be damned if a woman comments on my bulge and I don't reply and follow that conversation to some kind of conclusion. Much less the other statements you claim.

Long story short, I think you hear voices in your head.
