lol no.and actually ive been dropping weight for awhile.thats why ive even gotten"you look good!have you been losing weight since last time?" ive been working at it for the passed couple years.started just by eating 4 small meals with snacks inbetween with excersize of course.and a little while after beginning the book i was inspired to do the protein shake diet.

i think its just me though because older women dont seem to be into other muscular chubby guys.
