Therapists are supposed to put you in a friendly mood, and often share a little of their own lives in order to make you comfortable in sharing more of your life.

Not to say it isn't plausible that she gave some mixed signals, but if you have mentioned XPT and porn viewing in your sessions, the flashes and suggestiveness could have been "tests".

She gave you the names of MALE therapists, because she doesn't want you to have the same issues again with a female therapist.

The parked outside the house line might have been tipping her kid to a potential stalker. If I'da heard that, I'd have said, "Unless you take my health insurance for that too, I'll never be able to afford the rate." Also, she said "when WE play with him" to her daughter???

Well, I don't know how much longer you have to go to therapy, but I think I know what your first dozen sessions w/ a new therapist will be about.

frank....that letter landing in her hand anytime near the dark night shootings is unfortunately bad timing. you must understand that, right?.

i give you nothing but respect for putting it out there and going for it with her though. unless you have looks or money sitting back and waiting is never going to get you laid and even then it takes the level of confidence that you just displayed so don't walk away from this feeling like a victim. you two are simply in different worlds with different rules.
