I was already to go off on that mouse thread but there is just too much wrong.

I'm right handed and my arm was paralyzed from a nerve injury for about 5 months last year. It took me about 3 days to learn to mouse left handed without having the sensitivity way down. The problem here is not the mouse or the keyboard. Buddy needs to switch hands.
