He's been terrible on weed. Worse than Bush, insofar as he said he'd leave the states the fuck alone. I hope Johnson takes a ton of votes away from him on this.
As for the homos marrying, he was more than happy to defend DOMA (which fucking CLINTON signed into law, don't let progressives snow you with this "Sally Ride's partner doesn't get benefits" bullshit) when the Dems had control.
