OK, back to the guns. No fan of the NRA. They're another non- profit, which is where the real crooks are, by the way. Bombs are really illegal. Yet he booby trapped his pad.

Guns are nothing but machined and stamped parts. Anyone who took metal shop in high school can make a gun from scratch. Take some local kid in the hood who's good with his hands, throw in the local crime lord setting him in a machine shop, you've got a gun factory. No serial numbers, no regulations. It's the same model as crystal meth or crack production.

I have no numbers to back this up, but I assume in the hood or the barrio that packing a nickel plated Lorcin 380 (MSRP $150ish) doesn't carry quite the cache the chrome plated S&W handcannon would. Trite, could you jump in on what your kind's pimp gun of choice would be?

The problem isn't the tool. It's the person running the tool.
