Nope. Wrong, wrong, wrong:) Serial killers tend to test out lower than average. The guy wielding the hatchet is most likely a mouth breather, not Sir Anthony Hopkins.

And there are quite a few black serial killers. Apparently Justin Cottrell has a book, "Rise of the Black Serial Killer" that debunks a lot of myths about black serial killers.
